DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

The Channel Marketing Manager for Partner Recruit role is key to Microsoft's partner ecosystem strategy as part of the One Commercial Partner (OCP) Organization. The role drives our strategy for partner recruitment and engagement at scale. He/she focuses on the connecting partners to Microsoft and supporting cloud partners to grow and scale our customers’ reach and quality of engagement.
REQUIREMENT

Candidates must have at least 8-10 years of practical experience developing and driving partner and/or customer marketing (including focus on digital) strategy and execution. Channel Marketing experience is an advantage. Customer partner centricity : Understand the concept of Customer Journey and have experience in applying the framework to the scale motions of engagement would be an advantage. Marketing discipline : Possess a personal passion for customer relationship marketing, customer lifecycle management and data driven marketing. Experience driving demand generation with third party partnerships is an advantage. Business Acumen : Has the appreciation of business management – being able to appreciate customers’ needs and translate that to a Microsoft / Partner opportunity for engagement. Demonstrated interest in building a technology platforms and solutions business with potential of attaining a level of technical proficiency. Influence for impact : Demonstrate ability to drive results through others, manage and drive accountability for execution across functions, proven experience of managing virtual teams across functions and geographies, ability to engage cross team effectively and drive clarity based on impact Leadership : Ability to build trust. Learning mindset, curiosity and ability to bring others through clarity of outcome, providing the ‘why’ and the ‘how’ as well as generating energy on the success of the business. Strong listening approach with interest on the relevance and interest of stakeholders. Execution : Ability to drive execution through stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to be able to triangulate data to insights and crystalize insights to actions with stakeholder commitment. Experience in building scalable execution motions. Orchestrator : Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners. Ability to “look around the corner” and be able to orchestrate the team to drive collective outcome. Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences, conviction in discussions to drive accountability Bachelor degree required (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations); MBA desired.
