DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Loan documentations and executions Loan Recoveries Query Resolution including from clients ,developers and solicitors Legal Matters Loan Credit/ Administration including KYC renewal , Client Screening and ad-hoc requests Performing Gap analysis Working across functional areas to ensure all operational , financial and technology risk Operations Support ( including Pre-processing and Loan Ops)
REQUIREMENT

Loan/ Credit Administration Loan documentation and processing knowledge on mortgage lending products/agreements Sound understanding of banking processes and product Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Flexibilty to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities Strong decision making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to resolution Demonstrate flexibilty and willingness to accept new assignments and challenges in a rapid changing environment Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia Proactive /self starter with the ability to deliver value-added support to business partners and clients in a dependable , timely and accurate manner Working experience: at least 2 years in banking products namely in Loans and Operation
