DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Adhere to safety procedures and policies in accordance with the safety management system. Including: Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings. Report all hazardous and unsafe acts. Actively promote a positive safety culture. Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the Integrated ISO Management System (9001; 14001; 45001) (where applicable) quality assurance system. Including: Compliance with work instructions. Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances. identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit To troubleshoot & repair seal failures and install seals on call and regular basis To recommend technical solutions and promote John Crane products to customers. To Train and educate customers on seal installation, failure analysis, and troubleshooting. To support sales staff on technical aspects and provide technical assistance whenever required. To support the organization in achieving a business unit indicator Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

A Bachelor degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent filed Minimum 2 years (bachelor degree) and 5 years (for Diploma) of working experience in pumps, mechanical seals or other rotating equipment. At least 2 years’ experience of similar working experience Willing to travel throughout Indonesia and occasionally overseas Holding car driving license (SIM A) QHSE procedural knowledge; Excellence communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across levels. Strong command of both written and spoken English Computer proficiency is required Willing to work hard and under pressure and self-motivated Command of spoken and written English and computer literate Honest, responsible, discipline, competent
