DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1) Attend to phone call and email queries. 2) Processing order and communicate with internal departments to expedite orders. 3) Follow up on quotations, orders, delivery and payments status. 4) Key invoice and ensure that orders are accurate. 5) Inform customers by email or telephone of order information such as unit prices, delivery date and any anticipated delay. 6) Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary. 7) File copies of orders received, or post orders on records. 8) Performing day to day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork. 9) Others general administrative operational duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

1) Candidate must possess at least an “o” Level, Higher secondary/ Pre U/ A Level/ NITEC. 2) At least 1-2 years of working experience in admin or customer service related roles require. 3) Ability in English written and communication skill (Proficiency in second language will be and added advantage) 4) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and prioritize to meet tight deadlines and pressure.
