Controls the issuance and renewal of cards by the organization. Maintains inventory of blank cards and sends cards to be imprinted as needed. Verifies names and account numbers on cards and mails completed cards to customers. Cope with dispute and fraud related transactions Hands on role for client account opening Handle customer enquiries and complaints Liaise with counterparts and external parties Assist in any ad-hoc projects as required
Diploma or above with minimum 3 years or above relevant experience Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in both English, Chinese and Putonghua Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
