DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Understands clients' requirements and provide suitable candidates to client; Head-hunting candidates for our prestigious client base; Screening resumes, interviewing candidates, write resume summary to Clients for review; Preparing resumes and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable candidates; Coordinate interview arrangements and conduct interviews for all qualified candidates; Negotiate offer arrangement between clients and candidates; Monitoring payment collections from clients; Build long-lasting business relationships with both clients and candidates whilst reaching targets; Perform any ad hoc assignments as required
REQUIREMENT

Minimum a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply Fluent English, both oral and written Possess pleasant and can-do attitude, good organization skills Ability to work independently, as well as a part of an energetic team.
