DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
REQUIREMENT

Have minimum Barchelor Degree of Interior Design, Hospitality Management or equivalent. Experience working with customer support Must have pleasant, attractive, responsible and trustworthy Good command of spoken English Willing to work shifting (Saturday & Sunday) Placement: Bogor or Serpong
