DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide a proactive, end to end approach to the customer experience in all customer interactions.
Supervise the outsourcing company cleaning team to ensure the company office environment is clean and tidy, and maintain a tidy general reception area.
Assist Company Admin and HR for General administrative & HR duties.
Communication with other departments for relevant information / documents.
Any other duties assigned by General Manager of General Service Department.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to work under pressure, multi-task and independent
Positive attitude
REQUIREMENT
Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Candidate will act as a Receptionist and Administrative Executive for this job position. At least 1 Year of work experience in the related Reception / Administration field
