DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Communicating with customers through various channels. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree holder. Two to four years experience in the similar role. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must Have Strong problem-solving skills with attention to details Must have ability and sense of active learning. Proactive and courteous customer approach.
