DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Healthcare - Pharmacy or equivalent.
To conduct manufacturing process of drug product assigned by production supervisor according to defined procedure
Fill correctly the batch record, cleaning record and log books
Record all daily activity in log books
Record the equipment in Production. Report the machine which need to be repaired, perform verification and calibration
Support calibration of equipment in production which is assigned by production according to calibration schedule from ETS department refer to valid procedure
Build skill and knowledge by participating trainings that are defined by superior and review working process for continuous improvement.
To perform all tasks assigned by production supervisor to execute production process.
Responsible at good collaboration between coworkers
Ensure personne/ follow mandatory training related his/ her task to understand well about the requirement in SOP and capable to follow the requirement as per expected
Executes the daily operations for the assigned task in compliance with SOP, HSE, and other guidelines
