DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

– Answer questions about how to use the program to the customer. – Solve problems when customers encounter problems in use or notify the relevant department to fix the customer if the program does not work. – Build a good relationship with customers – Manage your time and your team to deliver work on the due date – Communicate and collaborate with programmers, marketing teams, sales teams and customers to achieve their career goals Working conditions – Working hours Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. May have to have Support outside some hours if you find a problem from customers. – A comfortable and friendly working atmosphere – Suitable for people who are diligent and responsible because there are not many rules.– Respect others and love the work they do. REQUIREMENT

Education at the bachelor’s degree or above / not limited in fields Have a good relationship with a cheerful smile. Understand others well Resolution around the cover Can use flair Good practice in solving immediate problems Manage your time and assignments on your own English language skills are good. Able to communicate basic or search for information Interested in knowledge of IT technology
