DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Maintain accurate database
Maintain various excel data from various departments
Create new form/template, design report for accurate
Create new excel formula, form, template, report, and linking to database
Implement CRM (HubSpot) or other similar system, integration to current running system
Support and collaborate with sales team to maintain the CRM
REQUIREMENT
Minimum S1, preferably Computer Science/Information Technology major 1 year experience in using Accurate accounting software v4 or v5, design new form/template, design report, database management 1 year experience in data parsing, excel advanced formula, pivot table, data linking, merging, data analysis and reporting Has experience in standard ERP and CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP Ariba, etc) Coding skill in any programming language is advantage Able to work in team, honest and responsible Willing to constantly to learn new things
