DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Contributing to transparency on main business KPI’s across the Nestrade Procurement Division via the delivery of weekly, monthly and yearly financial and non-financial reports (under the Co-pilots ownership)
Supporting the Monthly Business Planning related with Procurement scope of work by delivering Price Forecasting & related analysis activities across categories (price calculations etc) in close collaboration with the Categories (Procurement & Co-pilots)
Operating the Value Realization reporting tools across categories managed above markets in close collaboration with the category & commodities co-pilots
Creating ad hoc analyses on various financial KPIs (Actuals, DF, P&L comparisons) that need to be provided to Controlling or Nestrade Finance managers.
Providing financial support for the establishment of various types of analysis to Procurement in order to improve the full E2E processes or Procurement contributions to the business.
Providing training & support on Financial tools & processes, in particular Price Forecasting (Production & reporting) and Value Realization (reporting) to the buyers.
REQUIREMENT
A University/ Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Finance or Accounting / Management Accounting Certification would be an asset At least 3 years work experience, preferably within Finance & Control Good Market and Centre knowledge (prior experience in Finance or in a Nestlé Market is a plus). Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience. Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications - in particular Excel & PowerPoint Proficiency in English language is essential (other languages are a plus)
