DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. For the high-quality customers provided by Citi, we will conduct telemarketing credit products and service explanations to the list customers over the phone, without the need to visit customers. 2. Maintain good relationship with customers and manage customer relationship. 3. Feedback the current market response and suggestions to the supervisor. 4. Customer problem response and handling. 5. Provide customers with the latest credit product information. 6. Familiar with the professional knowledge required for work, computer operation and understand the company's operating procedures and comply with company regulations.
REQUIREMENT

1. College degree or above, no financial license is required, no disciplines are required. 2. Those with more than 1 year experience in telemarketing or business are preferred. 3. Like to conduct sales promotion over the phone, not afraid of rejection. 4. Strong ambition, able to accept pressure and performance challenges.
