DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To create demand for Brands at the area level, thru frequent & effective Consumer Engagements, Local Ads/Promo & well coordinated Events. To provide accurate and timely area insights to Marketing, Distribution & Management. Collaborate with Distribution team to develop program and activities to ensure the sales performances. To provide the regular updates on the following, but not limited to: Local Area Performance measures vs goals. Effectivity of all Local Efforts. Competitive Activities. Budget Usage.
REQUIREMENT

25 - 35 years old. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any major. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Marketing/Sales. Experience in FMCG or in Pharmaceutical market. Has good Marketing skill and knowledge (BTL/ATL/Digital). Strong Focus and passionate on consumer engagement Good foundation of brand marketing concept. Good analytical dan conceptual thinking. Strong driven and independent. Having experience working together with Agency/Media to implement the consumer activity. Understanding the marketing mix (include channeling) in assigned area. Familiar with OTC/FMCG Brand Activity, would be an additional advantage. Willing to be placed at Makassar.
