Head of HR
Provide secretarial support to Head of HR
Handle logistics planning for HR meetings with external stakeholders
Support the HR team to organise engagement activities for the wider HR community
Talent Management (TM) & Learning
Organise data submitted by business units for the purpose of bi-annual talent reviews
Coordinate and support talent activities such as management interaction lunches
Provide Learning support including administration of Staff Development Scheme, preparation of quarterly Learning reports and processing / verification of TM related invoices
Benefits administration
Assist with benefits administration, including processing / verification of benefits invoices and utilisation, country club memberships, insurance renewals and payments
Track utilisation of the department’s welfare budget
Recruitment
Assist with scheduling of interviews
Other administration duties
Perform departmental administration duties
Support the department in events planning and logistics
REQUIREMENT
Diploma with minimally 2 years of relevant experience
Possesses good communication skills
Energetic, meticulous and a fast learner
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
