DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Make Sales plan to achieve the target (coordination with Marketing Division) Analyze competitor's strategies and implement strategies for Sales increment Make customer's satisfaction report and make strategies to increase customer's satisfaction Coordinate with Showroom Leaders & People Development for coaching, monitoring and evaluating about product knowledge and skills that are needed by each Designer & Sales Consultant Read and check the drawings
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Experienced working as Showroom Leader or similar position for minimum 3 years Experienced in Furniture or similar industry Can speak English Proactive, has good communication and leadership skills
