DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests Maintaining databases and ensuring system security Setting up accounts for new users Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary Testing new technology Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT support Manage and maintain IT asset inventory system Proficient in leveraging CI and CD tools to automate testing and deployment with fast-paced developers requirements demand (Gitlab, Docker, etc) Support internal team and external clients on multiple platforms Works with clients and other teams to troubleshoot client environment to increase clients satisfaction
REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred Having a minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution Effective communication in English Ability to work under pressure and achieve target in timely manner
