Bachelor degree with experience as call center Agent. Demonstrates good communication skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer service with strong customer focus. Ability to work towards achievements of targets. Demonstrates an approachable and professional manner. Ability to think proactively and multi-task. Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English both verbally and written. Demonstrates being IT literate including Word, Outlook, Excel Ability to apply a methodical in approach to tasks.
