1. Telemarketing list allocation and management 2. Telemarketing system and auto dialer system (Auto Dialer) dialing strategy adjustment and monitoring 3. Telemarketing list management and report production analysis 4. System testing / user first-line support (including applications System, computer, telephone) and abnormal handling report 5. Other supervisors handover matters
REQUIREMENT

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork and a positive attitude 2. Self-demanding, willing to accept new challenges, and resistant to pressure 3. Familiar with Office software operation 4. Have system operation experience and SQL database syntax is better 5. Ability to listen/speak/read/write in English 6. More than three years of work experience
