DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Plan and carry out logistics process with focus on Safety, Quality , Compliance, Service, Cost. Propose and implement cost improvement initiatives Support local implementation of global/cluster logistics improvement processes Prepare reports on performance, find and eliminate cost booking anomalies (WH cost bookings) Loss deployments – build loss intelligence and follow up Customer issues resolution Logistics optimization/efficiency analysis Deliver on Supply Chain Service Index, Logistics cost efficiency, Logistics project fulfillments
REQUIREMENT

Knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline specific technical/operational practices built through job experience Project Management Experience Technical knowledge related to warehousing An understanding of WCM/Lean Six Sigma methodology An ability to lead mid sized external teams ( 3PL ) A proven ability to collaborate within a team structure and to be regarded as a reliable contributor Proven stakeholder management skills and an ability to effectively manage issue resolution as needed Proven problem solving skills An ability to understand requirement/issues, make decisions and solve problems. Effective communication skills A proactive mindset, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn Approximately 3 years proven operational experience Proficient SAP, and Office suite (excel/PPT) skills A Bachelor degree or equivalent would be preferred
