Enter sales orders onto the AX system
Daily Orders for Planning (CTP'd as per production capacity, dispatch date or client requirement)
Responding to clients in a timely, professional and satisfactory manner
Coordinate with various department like overseas production, sales team/ sales coordinators and shipping department to ensure customer orders are executed smoothly
Keeping the customers informed on the status of their orders – changes to arrival date, raw material delays or shipping delays etc...
Raise customer complaints as and when required.
Adhere to group and local health, safety, environmental & quality procedures
Supporting other CPL divisions in case of CS absence to ensure smooth functioning of the day to day business
Providing training for new CS team member across the CPL Group
Adhere to the company's health, safety, quality and environmental policies.
Perform additional duties as directed by the Line Manager
REQUIREMENT
Read, Write & Speak good English – Essential
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
Able to work efficiently and effectively with attention to detail
Good time management and friendly / helpful attitude
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an added advantage
Team player
Previous experience in a customer services role
Currently available in UAE
