Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Administration/Management, or Secretarial HR experienced in managing employee data, contract policy, compliances, employee relations, succession planning, performance management, diversity/inclusion, business consulting, recognition programs, culture keeper, employee engagement, coaching/development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis Required language(s): English (written and spoken) Computer literate and proficient in using computer applications especially all Microsoft Office Have a strong analytical, problem solving skill, attention to detail and structured Self-driven, energetic, and is willing to put extra efforts at work with high achievement and result orientation Available for remote working Full-time position only
