DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure the HR administration function offers a high quality and consistent service, continually improve accuracy, processes, and response time Prepare all employee documentation including employment contract, variation letters, and reference request Ensure successful delivery of talent against pre-defined KPIs Support & drive best practice recruiting and hiring practices Uphold a focus on candidate experience and building long-term relationships Support succession planning and talent strategy in the effort to identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Administration/Management, or Secretarial HR experienced in managing employee data, contract policy, compliances, employee relations, succession planning, performance management, diversity/inclusion, business consulting, recognition programs, culture keeper, employee engagement, coaching/development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis Required language(s): English (written and spoken) Computer literate and proficient in using computer applications especially all Microsoft Office Have a strong analytical, problem solving skill, attention to detail and structured Self-driven, energetic, and is willing to put extra efforts at work with high achievement and result orientation Available for remote working Full-time position only
