DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist Senior Manager / Managers in handling clerical duties and preparing documents including correspondences, tenders and contracts
Provide general office administration support such as organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments, preparation of scheduled reports, record keeping and maintaining filing system
Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENT
Secondary level or above with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in project administration and document control Meticulous, responsible, self-motivated and proactive Good interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
