DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

As First Level of Manage Operation Value Added Services , Telco core products, Mobile Banking Platforms Perform regular Reporting and Adhoc Reporting § Perform Incident/Problem escalation with issue the Ticketing and status keeper. Perform user testing to ensure the Success Rate of Services is achieved base on agreed Service Level Agreement Liaise with 2nd / 3rd Level of Engineering Support in order to re-store or improve the system/services
REQUIREMENT

FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply/ having at least 1 year experience in similar position would be advantage Have knowledge on Unix Operating System (Linux, UNIX), Database RDBMS (MySQL, ORACLE) Familiar with Unix Shell Script programming Have skill in software programming and logical § Common with Microsoft Office for Documentation (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Have basic knowledge about Telco products especially USSD, SMS Value Added Service Understand about Internet and Networking Technology
