Acquiring and growing key accounts Representing the SwipeRx Belanja brand in the field Giving feedback on local knowledge to the Central Team Training and enabling pharmacies to get the most out of our application Growing the team as we scale our presence in the region
REQUIREMENT

5+ years’ experience in a Field Sales Position working with pharmacies Extensive knowledge of the local market in Bandung / Surabaya / Semarang (suppliers, pharmacies, pricing and competitive landscape) A network of pharmacy professional contacts Ability to close high potential accounts and deliver revenue growth by engaging with partners in the pharmacy A deep understanding of pharmacy purchasing behaviour and business needs Experience running marketing programs and negotiating on discounts
