DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handling in recruitment process involving sourcing (through job portal, social media and internal recommendations), screening, and selection (through recruitment method) of ideal candidate Managing the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs Involvement of employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvement Working together with line manager to define and implement the recruitment solutions
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Interview, Psychological Test, Assessment, Interpersonal Skill, Communication Skill, Proficient in Ms.Office Application, Multitasking, Honest and Independent Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
