DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Sending emails to Clients and Vendors Calling/Chatting with Clients and Vendors Follow up with Clients and Vendors Follow up for orders and payments with the clients Arrange and follow up deliveries in and out Making and sending quotation, price lists, products list, Invoices etc Able to perform telemarketing and telesales Develop and maintain a filing system Prepare reports and maintain as required by the manager Able to work independently and as part of a team Perform any other admin related tasks as required
REQUIREMENT

Proficiency in oral and written English language is mandatory Detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Advanced Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Must be already in Dubai. The candidate will have open opportunities to grow and expand the field of interest with position depending on the performance within the company. 2 Years Contract
