DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Act as consultant to Agents business on sales, inventory holding, finance operation, etc. Train agent personnel/staff. Ensure agent perform it's role in expanding distribution, product penetration, customer complain handling. Responsible to handle product in Hospitality by developing market, creating demand, promoting sales. Maintain a good relationship with hospitality industries, such as: hotel, apartment, restaurant, cafe, and other institutions to achieve monthly sales target, quarterly, an annually. Handle market and product promotion, customer calls and visits, negotiate sales, and close orders to meet sales quotas.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in any major At least 4 years of experience as Area Sales Supervisor in FMCG Company, especially Beverages Experienced as salesperson for HORECA and B2B, have working experience as barista / bartender / in coffee shop / bakery / cakery / gelato areas would be a plus. Dynamic person, strong commercial skills, and experience in coffee equipment would be a plus. Good negotiation and communication skills Enthusiastic and passionate Honest and trustworthy Placement in Medan
