DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify potential clients in the targeted market and do research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs. Develop relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing clients. Negotiate and close agreements with clients. Manage the entire sales cycle (prospecting-discovery-solution proposing-presentation-negotiating-closing). Collaborate with delivery team to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on time and as agreed. Plan and build a solid pipeline on qualified sales opportunities and proactively follow-up leads. Able to follow up on customer business requirements post-implementation to identify additional potential opportunities. Aggressively develop and manage strategic accounts.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in any field. Preferably aged between 25-35 years old Strong track record of your career background in such fields: manufacturing, project service, fintech, insurance, digital lending and credit, trading, mobile payments, banking, F&B, retail, or wholesale distribution. Work experiences at least 3 years as sales person who focus on sales revenue on one of those above respective industry. Having a great network/channel as well as companies database from one of the above industries. Fresh grads are welcome An excellent learner & quick to adapt. Excellent English skills (verbal and written). Good personality, used to work independently and having good communication skills. Able to join As Soon As Possible.
