DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications, including application servers, associated hardware, endpoints, and databases ü Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements ü Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow ü Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms ü Ensure deadline and budget requirements are met ü Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments ü Bridging from Project to Business as Usual (BAU) ü Create and maintain User-centric Knowledge Base (KB) ü Cascade and train Support team on the updated KB
REQUIREMENT

ü Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience ü 4-6 years experience working with information technologies and systems analysis ü Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills ü Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database maintenance and administration ü Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems ü Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages ü A good problem-solving attitude ü High-level written and verbal communication english skills ü Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
