DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Develop sales plan of Transportation Safety Division (TSD) products and meet sales targets.
Deploy and execute go-to-market strategy and agreed action plan for product(s).
Lead sales team, collaborate with functional teams (Supply Chain, Technical, Government affairs, etc.)
Work closely with sales and marketing teams, identify opportunities and execute appropriate strategies to close business deals.
Train sales forces on new products and provide technical expertise to customers (end-users) with support from the Area/Regional team.
Develop sales together and engage directly with End Users or jointly with key account / potential key account to win specific business opportunities or projects, where specific and core expertise is required.
Execute marketing programs & strategies
Manage and develop channel partners
Drive sales of new products to increase relevance with customers
Take direct account management responsibility on specific market segments, driven by particular technical solutions.
Review sales performance on a periodical basis and recommend actions in order to meet the plan.
Work closely with Key stakeholders in government departments to generate projects, allocate budget, upgrade specs & get new standards/regulations released
Drive operational efficiency by improving forecast accuracy, reducing Non Working Inventorry & collecting payments as per terms
Following 3M code of conduct and ensure 100% compliance
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in any field, and MBA or Civil Engineering preferable.
At least 5 years of experience in Business development/ in a Sales Manager capacity in an international company (Construction Material Company or EPC).
Experience in managing a sales team is required for this role.
Experience working with the government especially Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Public Works, PPP (Public Private Partnership in Construction) is preferred.
Experience in contributing to the successful accomplishment of products/ businesses/ markets development.
Has good experience with Financial Profit & Loss analysis.
An individual with self-initiative, and is service-minded and able to work independently.
Able to spend a lot of time travelling.
Required skills for this role - computer, driving, and communication & presentation in the English language.
Experience using SAP and Salesforce system would be an added advantage.
Must have a valid driving license.
