REQUIREMENT

- Strong online portfolio of past work experience and deliverables, demonstrating samples of your design deliverables (concepts/drawings, user flows/diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes) and product outcomes. - Exceptional interpersonal, motivational communication skills to build trust across teams. - Possess a deep knowledge of data and able to identify/analyze problem areas, to work on the complex issues. - Proficient in product design field with extensive and demonstrated expertise in visual hierarchy, layout and information architecture. - Possess a good knowledge of design fundamentals such as design thinking framework and other framework in order to develop products. - Knowledge in design validation, either through design principle, usability or dialogue heuristics, quantitative or qualitative research. - Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver against role responsibilities, working with minimal guidance and direction in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with a variety of design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, InVision, etc.) and knowledge of technologies (e.g., iOS, Android, Web, etc.). - Proficiency in communicating in English, both written and verbally - Nimble, creative and pragmatic approach that aligns with agile design and development practices
