DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To handle enquiries through the hotline, email, webchat and all online channels, provide service and one-stop resolution to meet customer’s needs; To handle customer complaints and dispute cases with care and professionalism To maintain and develop good relationships with customers; To follow the procedures and workflows with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements properly; To proactively learn and grasp the latest knowledge concerned to facilitate proper discharge of daily duties; To assist with ad hoc assignments.
REQUIREMENT

1-2 years’ experience, preferably in the banking industry or contact centre Fluent and strong proficiency in written English and Chinese Solid customer service experience, experience in managing high-end customers or loyalty services would be a definite advantage. Detailed-minded, proactive and able to work under pressure
