DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and WiFi Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests Providing technical support across the company Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults Setting up accounts for new users Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment Performed administrative duties including photo copying, fax and mailing; Maintaining electronic and hard copy of filing sytem; Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and regarding GA Matters; Any others reasonable and relatable task to GA Matters. Any support and job as assigned by the GA Manager
REQUIREMENT

Min. 2 years experiences in related position Good working knowledge of all desktop applications and malware applications. Ability to load and troubleshoot various software and hardware systems. Good knowledge of various networking concepts. Min D-III: IT and/or related field
