DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Implement and Support Network LAN/ WAN infrastructure and firewall • Configure in accordance to the organization’s change management policies and procedures • Review and implement complex changes and device upgrades in critical environments • Track refresh of End-of-life Network related hardware/ software solutions and platform • Provide network fault investigation, troubleshooting, resolution, recovery and root cause analysis • Monitor and identifies IT system abnormalities, resolve problems or escalate to relevant parties for help • Provide technical support during disaster recovery, contingency test, scheduled maintenance, system change requests, software installation, network equipment problems • Supports delivery of data centre services including co-location, telecommunication services and deployment of additional services An ideal candidate for this role with relevant certifications and knowledge would have the opportunity for Career Advancement into a lead role.
REQUIREMENT

• Diploma in Engineering • CCNA/ CCNP certified • Minimum 3 years’ experience • Intermediate skillset for managing of F5/Palo Alto firewall/Checkpoint firewall/Fortinet firewall/Alcatel switch/Cisco Nexus will be a plus point • Candidates who are certified with the following: F5/Palo Alto firewall/Checkpoint firewall/Alcatel switch/Nexus will be considered first. • Candidates with cloud certifications like Azure-104, AWS Solutions Architect Associate will be an additional advantage for consideration for the role
