DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and manage assigned-channel customers in assigned area Collect market information to find out the state of the market Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers Communicate with customers in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs Supervise activities related to Sales such as purchase order control, product display, and any promotional activities Establish and nurture relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate sales Ensuring the product delivered to the customers Responding and resolving promptly the customers complaints Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed
REQUIREMENT

Maximum age 35 years old Candidate must possess at least a Diploma’s Degree any major. At least 3 years experiences of building materials, retail stores or distributors. All applicants must have excellent communication Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis Ability to contact customers, complete sales and manage other tasks independently Able to work independently as well as in a team Creative, initiative and pro-active to meet sales targets Quick thinking to provide creative solutions that address customers needs and concerns Fluent in spoken Hokkien is preferable Domicile at Medan is preferable Willing to mobile according to area
