DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Highly experienced in providing support to Large Corporate Infrastructure with 250+ end-users. Hands-on experience in Notebook, MacBook, printer & scanner configuration Installation & Troubleshooting of Antivirus, MS office, outlook clients, and other software. Hands-on experience in supporting Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Patch management, etc. Experience in troubleshooting all office network related issues (Router/Switches/AccessPoint) Sound knowledge of Mikrotik, Fortinet, and other firewalls Good knowledge of Google Workspace, Okta, and Office 365 to prepare reports and dashboards. Sound knowledge of JIRA Service Desk Good communication skills to handle corporate users. Good Technical knowledge of the latest technology trends Vendor management. Coordinate discussions between Central IT and country team Managing other locations within and around Indonesia (cluster) and their resources.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology. Minimum 2-5 years are supporting corporate end-user services. Preferred have good proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Hands-on experience in IT Asset Management tools i.e. Desktop Central, and Snipe-IT. Familiar with all kinds of IT remote help desks. Proven ability to work independently and as a team member. Highly motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision in a highly competitive environment. Ability to engage with senior Business stakeholders. Ability to lead a team in local as well as remote locations. Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. Good communication skills to handle corporate users. Good technical knowledge of the latest technology trends
