DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To run production as planned To manage production team in order to meet lowest production cost and highest productivity To coordinate with Engineering Manager for minimizing down time of production machines To develop subordinate competency
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent At least 3 years of working experience as a production supervisor in food industry Preferably those who have experience in the frozen food industry Have a basic knowledge of machinary in the food industry (frozen food, meat processing, and cooling system) Have a good analytical skill Have a good communication and leadership skill Max 35 years old Applicants must be willing to work in Sidikalang, North sumatera indonesia Full-Time position available Willing to work with shift system
