DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Help coordinate campaign bookings with our sales and marketing teams to ensure on time execution. Help to communicate campaign performance and media channels to all relate departments and clients. Monitor media channels according to schedule. Process all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company. Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints. Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders. Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements. Collaborating with the country finance team in providing professional billing process and administration.
REQUIREMENT

1-2 years of experience in sales with min 1 year in Key Account Management. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport easily. Self driven and motivated with a positive attitude. Numerate and analytical thinking with the ability to apply these skills in a marketing context. Organization, flexibility and the ability to prioritize and manage diverse activities simultaneously. Attention to detail and quality control. Email-first behavior . Computer literate; MS Office & Google Workspace.
