DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Clearing of in-out trays of SM & M Invoices & Credit notes - prepare, finalize and sending out to client via email. A copy of the invoice should be saved in the folder Recording of incoming and outgoing mails which includes IRB submission To managed daily workflow for GCR Group - BSC level 21 Arranging for dispatch and collection of documents Booking of meeting rooms, arranging for refreshment and projectors. Travel arrangements i.e. flight, hotel (upon request)
