DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Lead and Manage the HR Team and provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to team members.
Provide and develop HR solution based on understanding business needs, with professional HR strategy and planning
Develop and design talent management programs from recruitment, talent development to retention, especially for key positions
Review, formulate and implement HR policies and procedures that remains a progressive and competitive employment
Be the firm’s risk manager as relates to employee benefits activities and provide strategic advice to mitigate and manage risks
Coordinate and support performance management program from managing the performance review and people review processes at organisational level and follow-up on people development programs for high potentials and key people
Support people development process and help employees grow in managerial, technical or project management paths
Facilitate company culture, employee engagement and change management
Ensure timely and accurate handling all for Administrative tasks like HRM/Workday, payroll, and policies
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Degree/Master in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 6 years of experience in human resources management and development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different teams
Strong leadership, strong problem solving and analytical skills, innovative thinking and intellectual curiosity who want to make an impact on the success of the firm’s most valuable asset which is people.
Good writing and communications skills
Strong in MS-Office, especially PPT & XLS
