DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To provide implementation and technical support; including planning, installation, ongoing management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and decommissioning, following operational policies and processes that are compliant with JM IT’s standards.
To analyse, troubleshoot and implement approved and standardized resolutions.
To monitor environments; respond to service requests, incidents, change requests, and problem management.
To troubleshoot incidents and problems as reported by users and maintain a secure systems environment.
To adhere to and execute the approved BCP/DR process.
To support L3 teams in updating documentations and keep it up to date in line with JM standards and policies.
To be involved in knowledge-sharing through formal documentation and communications sessions.
To act in accordance to the company’s Policies, Standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
As a member of the global JM IT community, to be a champion of the function’s values and culture while demonstrating and openly encouraging the behaviours expected from a professional, best in-class IT team.
To carry out any other duties within one’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
REQUIREMENT
Significant operational experience in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database in a Level 2 role providing day to day operational support.
Working knowledge of planning, installation, on-going management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and decommissioning of IT services and technologies.
Proficiency in customer service aspect of technology delivery required.
Good understanding of importance of process compliance and standardization.
Awareness of ITIL principles.
Certifications and other types of qualifications within the domain and technologies stated above are desired.
