DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for the management accounts that assigned under your care;
Coordination of month-end account closing execution with close monitoring of the manufacturing activities;
Inventory costing and analysis;
Analyses and report on periodic variances and their causes;
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements as relating to statutory financial reporting process, tax statutory submission and any other corporate governance;
Provide support to Group Finance - consolidation, bursa announcement, board papers, audited financial statement and annual report;
Compute the tax estimate and responsible for the tax computation reviewed by the tax agent;
Monitor, train and lead your direct subordinates to ensure the tasks are completed before the deadline given by superiors;
Meet reporting deadlines and requirements for monthly financials, forecast/budget events, monthly close report & others adhoc tasks by the management;
Monitor weekly cash flow requirements;
Work closely with auditors, tax agent, company secretary and tax authority.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent; At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field on handling full set accounts for reasonably sized companies; Candidates with 3-5 years audit experience are strongly encouraged to apply; Proficiency in Excel, Word, ERP systems; Highly analytical, results oriented, energetic and driven to succeed; Strong numeric ability and attention to details with high level of accuracy; Strong time management skills in meeting strict deadlines; Working experience (Costing) in manufacturing environment is an added advantage; Willing to work at Tanjung Morawa (North Sumatera).
