DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Perform Provide helpdesk support of IT systems, including the handling of the incident reported from users and undertake the daily support of IT systems Responsible for the support and maintenance of server, desktop, and network infrastructure Provide client-facing technical support, and communicate in a timely manner with clients per SLA and average response times Update tickets with current and thorough information Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support including desktop related technical assistance via telephone, ticket system, emails, and instant chat messaging tool, etc.
REQUIREMENT

Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree/ Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines Minimum 2 years' experience in technical support/ helpdesk support/ system administration/ network/ security or related area Hands-on experience in Window Server/ Mac OS system Proven detailed knowledge and experience with the following: - Microsoft Server, Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange technologies - Citrix XenApp and Xen Desktop
