DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Selling watches Delivering standard service excellence to the customer, based on SOP Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and become a watch consultant to customers Develop a relationship with existing and new customers Consistently contributing sales by accomplishing store monthly target Promote and offer the marketing promo Maintaining product stock availability Ensuring product and display material is in good condition Ensuring the display is clean and in accordance with guidelines Supporting online sales
REQUIREMENT

Age maximum 28 years old Minimum SMA or equivalent At least 1 years of working experiences as a Sales Associate in a Sales Store, preferably from the Retail industry Minimum 1 year in sales roles and retail watch business is a plus Strong in persuading communication Willingness to commit to a long-term career in a retail company Passion for customer service-outstanding Watch enthusiasts Discipline, meticulous, and pleasant attitude Able to work in a full shift
