DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Report to the Financial Controller Manage financial reporting and group consolidation Ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS, SOX and other statutory requirements Provide technical guidance for the team to facilitate day to day functional responsibility Monitor Group inter-companies' transactions Liaise with auditors for statutory audit Participate in process improvement and system integration Handle any ad-hoc duties as required
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent HKICPA/ACCA qualified or equivalent At least 10 years of relevant experience Hands-on experience in consolidation/sub-consolidation is required Familiar with IFRS and GAAP adjustment Independent, self-driven and agile Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in Cantonese and English
