Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how specific products and services can meet these needs.
Answer customers’ questions about prices, availability, and product uses.
Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
Providing customer service to clients by answering questions about insurance policies or claims issues.
Educating clients about new products or services offered by the company or competitors.
Advising clients on how to protect their assets by purchasing insurance policies.
Preparing quotes and proposals based on client needs and requirements.
Establish long-term relationships with the clients.
REQUIREMENT
Max 40 years old
Bachelor all majors ( Electrical or Mechanical Engineering more preferred)
At least 1 years of working experience as Sales Engineer
Understand about heavy equipment units
Excellent written dan verbal comunication skills in English
Ready to go on a business trip
