Responsible for dormitory tenancy matter including forecasting the dormitory vacancies required to accommodate upcoming manpower and to look for new dormitory units.
Safekeep all tenancy agreements and renew on timely manner.
Lead the team for reinstatement of room units and handover to dormitory management.
Responsible for administrative duties such as preparation of check in form, check out form, and other relevant documents.
Ensure all employees' contact and residential address are updated accurately in Company’s system and MOM portal (OFWAS / EPOL).
Lead the team in all dormitory operations to facilitate employees' movement in dormitory such as check in / check out / room transfer / home leave.
Handle employee’s repatriation by fetching from dormitory to airport and also the flight check in process.
Manage employees’ meal catering matter.
Conduct inquiry for any disciplinary issue, complaints and grievance matters in dormitory.
Liaise with relevant government authorities and dormitory management for all dormitory matters.
Conduct routine dormitory inspection to maintain the safe and clean living environment.
Report any maintenance issue to dormitory management for rectification.
Attend monthly HSSE meeting and present dormitory report.
Review and monitor HR dormitory operations / process / system and propose new system or enhancement to facilitate the process.
Verify and endorse on the billing for all dormitory related cost and provide supporting documents to Finance department during auditing.
Support team during any outbreak or emergency situation such as COVID-19.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
2 to 5 years HR relevant working experience.
Good knowledge of HR practices and legislation.
Meticulous and well-organized individual.
Motivated individual and possesses good planning and follow-up skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to handle high volume of workload in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently and in a team with positive attitude.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with China and overseas counterparts.
Familiar and keep abreast of latest COVID-19 situation.
