Report to the Senior Group Director, overseeing the administrative support functions, operations, security and facilities management and governance requirements of Care Corner Senior Services (CCSS). This position is a key member of our CCSS PMT(People Management Team).
Office Administration & Operations
Review and update administration and operations policies/SOPs in consultation with the service group director and service heads, and ensure smooth and adequate flow of information at service group level to facilitate operations. Ensure timely and effective monitoring of all KPI data and funding records and continuity.
Supervision of Admin Leads
Supervise and support key admin personnel represented from each service, delegate tasks and track progress, and assess their performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
Review current practices and implement systems to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and budgeting, variance analysis. Manage and monitor compliance requirements on the various funders such as AIC, MOH & other corporate donors and their respective funding systems and reporting requirements.
Bachelor degree in business administration, with at least 3 years working in a similar capacity
Financial and management accounting background, preferred
Strong people management skills
Understand office management procedures and policies
Strong understanding of governance, risk and control
Proficient with Microsoft Office
